1.2 The maximum withdrawal amount depends on the chosen payment method. If the requested amount exceeds the payment system's limit, the withdrawal will be processed in installments.
2. Mistakenly Credited Winnings
2.1 If the Platform mistakenly credits a user's account with winnings that do not belong to them, due to technical errors or human oversight, the amount will remain the property of the Platform and will be deducted from the user's account. If the user has already withdrawn the mistakenly credited funds before the error is detected, the user must repay the amount owed to the Platform.

3. Instant Consumption of Funds
3.1 Users acknowledge that funds are consumed instantly during gambling activities, and the Platform does not provide refunds or cancellations of bets.
3.2 Substantial wins may be paid out in monthly installments at the Platform's discretion.
4. Verification Procedures
4.1 The Platform reserves the right to perform verification procedures for each user during their first withdrawal. These verifications may include providing copies of the user's passport, national identity card, utility bills, and/or debit/credit cards used for deposits.
5. Authenticity of Documents
5.1 Users are responsible for ensuring that all documents provided during the KYC process are genuine. Faked or fraudulent documents may result in the confiscation of deposits and potential winnings.
6. Anti-Money Laundering Practices
6.1 To make a withdrawal, a user must play through their active deposited amounts at least once before the withdrawal. This practice aligns with anti-money laundering measures.
6.2 Players are responsible for paying all fees and taxes related to their winnings, as per the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
7. Supported Payout Methods
7.1 The Website supports payouts via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) from Visa and Payment Transfer from Mastercard. However, successful credit card payment processing cannot be guaranteed in all cases due to banks issuing credit cards having the discretion to block or reject such transactions.
8. Currency Conversion
8.1 The internal operating currency of the Website is Euro. For transactions in other currencies, the deducted amount from the credit card may be slightly higher due to currency conversions by the user's bank and/or the Platform's payment processing system.
9. Withdrawal Processing Time
9.1 Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process. The actual payout time will depend on the chosen payment method.
10. Bank Transfer Charges
10.1 Withdrawals via bank transfers may be subject to additional charges by intermediary banks in exceptional cases. These charges remain outside the Platform's influence.
11. Maximum Withdrawal Amounts
11.1 The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a user is €/$1000 per day, €/$7,500 per week, and €/$15,000 per month, unless stated otherwise in specific promotion Terms and Conditions. Exceptions may be made for players with higher VIP levels at the Platform's discretion.
11.2 For winnings exceeding €/$15,000, the Platform reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of a maximum of €/$15,000 until the full amount is paid out.
12. Additional Verification Measures

12.2 The Platform may make a phone call to the number provided in the user's account as part of the KYC procedure. Cashouts will not be processed until the account is fully verified.
